Missing support for additional UA_DATATYPEKINDS in DataTypeImporter sub-module #202

When the following PR was merged, the DataTypeImporter sub-module (within open62541 backend) was extended with support for additional data types:

UA_DATATYPEKIND_GUID
UA_DATATYPEKIND_EXTENSIONOBJECT
UA_DATATYPEKIND_UNION

However, the DataTypeImporter is still missing support for the following UA data types that are part of open62541 v1.3.2:

UA_DATATYPEKIND_XMLELEMENT
UA_DATATYPEKIND_DATAVALUE
UA_DATATYPEKIND_DECIMAL
UA_DATATYPEKIND_BITFIELDCLUSTER
