images.xml was dropped from software.o.o.o according to openSUSE/software-o-o#1219

Any plans for a replacement? We could for example ship a separate opensuse branded rpi-imager that accepts files like this:
https://github.com/raspberrypi/rpi-imager/tree/qml/doc/json-schema

An api like that be helpful to discover images also suitable for use in eg virt-manager or systemd-machined.

I was hoping to introduce something like that at some point. For now the best thing is to use the files we have in _data
