Unable to place cell xx, no Bels remaining of type 'LDCE' #63

In my design, I used latch resources, but nextpnr does not support LDCE. I found the source code pack.cc: https://github.com/openXC7/nextpnr-xilinx/blob/stable-backports/xilinx/pack.cc#L197 pack_ffs no LDCE map.Anyone has some ideas.
