Tools for modelling and forecasts

We have a challenge this weekend at the Data Hackdays BE for which official live & historical data on the vaccination campaign from the Canton of Bern is being made available. More details at https://hack.opendata.ch/project/771

The data can of course be readily complemented by this repository and other sources. Our participants will very likely need some help given the challenge provided, in particularly with Modelling/ Analysis/ Forecasting. If you have any tips or want to get involved in some way, please contact me directly.

Ideally, we would build on the Community contributions section of the README here, and recommend some "awesome tools" for wrangling this type of data stream.
