Where are description and argument-hint of custom prompts used?

I set description and argument-hint with frontmatter in my custom prompts but they are not used anywhere.

I checked that with Codex CLI 0.47.0.

File format

• Body: The file contents are sent verbatim when you run the prompt (after placeholder expansion).

• Frontmatter (optional): Add YAML-style metadata at the top of the file to improve the slash popup.

  argument-hint: FILE=<path> [FOCUS=<section>]
  ---

  • description shows under the entry in the popup.
  • argument-hint (or argument_hint) displays a short hint about expected inputs.

The place that should display the custom description shows "send saved prompt".

Is the feature just not yet released?

It seems this issue has been resolved with release 0.48.0.
