The regional government of Molise reports air quality through the following site:

http://www.arpamoliseairquality.it/

Looks like they report PM2.5, PM10, NO2 and 03 for 10 locations: Vastogirardi, Campobasso (3), Isernia, Venafro (2), Termoli (2) and Guardiareggia. From the site it looks like they just report 24 hr averages (media giornaliera), but may be worth exploring more and possibly contact to see if there is an hourly data feed.
