The regional government of Basilicata reports air quality data at:

https://monitoraggio.arpab.it/

They seem to report, SO2, NO2, CO, O3, PM10 and PM25 for 15 sites across Basilicata.

It looks like they only report 24 hour data but might be worth investigating more and/or reaching out about other data availability.
