Moodle & missing oauth and legacy buttons from config_legacy.php page

Hello,

When you install local_obf version 1.0.6 to Moodle 4.1.8 and go to /local/obf/config_legacy.php there are no

"add new oauth2 API connection"
"add new legacy API connection"

buttons available for as seen in your instructions:

It seems you need to

1. add legacy key
2. disconnect
3. Only after this you see the buttons

Please fix the plugin so that you straight away show both buttons and can do the oauth2
