Custom field without Title

Hi

I've seen the new feature of adding custom fields in the login and I think there is missing one fundamental detail.

Right now, it just add the new custom fields immediately after the newsletter, what its misleading, since its not something related to it (unless the custom field is related to the newsletter).

I would recommend to add AT LEAST, a new title something like "Others".

For future development, I would even recommend to have an option to select in which fieldset to add it, so for example, the birthday will be placed in the Personal details fieldset, and something related to address, in the address fieldset.
