Would it be possible add payment option per interval (e.g., once per day / week)?

Such option would be preferable from the tax point of view, as for instance IRS wants to see a consistent price selection (every day based on the same hour).

It can be done but its tricky to implement.

I would like to see more people interested in this feature before we go down this road. So far people using the minimum payment threshold have been satisfied with it from what I hear.

As mentioned in the original message, IRS is looking for consistency (at least that is how I interpreted it). Therefore, having payments issued always at the same time is potentially preferable. Having this option, at least for me, I would feel comfortable using such reports for tax purposes. Currently, I had to do a script that goes against my wallet plus against XCH price providing website. Having such script is a bit convoluted, as the wallet has not just payments, but coin splits, and outbound transactions. On the other hand, pool info has only payments (easier to process, I think).

On the other hand, sure an average can be specified, but it will drift with both the farm luck and the net space size, potentially leading to find tuning it with time (agreed, not a big deal).
