Detailed Description

Currently the forecast doesnt work at 7,8 and 19,20 (UTC)

I suspect this is due to either ECMWF or GFS data not being available

Context

  • Good to keep errors to a minimum

Possible Implementation

  • when re training model, check delays are correct

For Ad model, this is working. This is likely due to NWP data not being available as it should be
