Detailed Description

Add auth0 components to india dashboard

Context

done this in uk dashboard here - https://github.com/openclimatefix/ocf-infrastructure/blob/main/terraform/nowcasting/development/main.tf#L670

Possible Implementation

need to add AUTH0_DOMAIN and AUTH0_CLIENT_ID,
make new variables to be set like https://github.com/openclimatefix/ocf-infrastructure/blob/main/terraform/nowcasting/development/variables.tf#L61
