/kind feature

I got a mac now, and I want linux/arm64 images because they are the best for my lovely macek.

The problem with this everytime we specify images by digests, we tend to provide the amd64 image digests, so this would have to be adjusted.

Recent Kubebuilder has good Dockerfile line to do native-platform build and makefile recipe for multiplatform builds.
