Metrics QoL Fixes

Some disparate quality of life items.

• Naming update
  • Any Runtime name in the Metrics should be named Server -- eg. RuntimeGraphs => ServerGraphs
  • Any Inference name in the Metrics should be named Model -- eg. InferenceGraphs => ModelGraphs
• Dynamically make the ServerGraphs page have the proper resource-name of the server

• Provider metric data should be of multiple enum keys

Dynamically make the ServerGraphs page have the proper resource-name of the server

This will be solved in #1413 because it needs the resource name to get the correct route

So this issue will focus on renaming.
