tektoncd/pipeline#5666 adds resolution of tasks via the ArtifactHub.

It would be interesting to explore what it could mean for ODS Pipeline if we'd publish our tasks there (from the docs this seems to be possible).

OpenShift Pipelines 1.9 adds support for this (as tech preview). One can enable both Git resolver and ArtifactHub resolver.
