Refactor k8s builders to use openebs/api

Right now the repo uses the k8s builders from local pkg/kubernetes which are duplicate for the common builders written in openebs/api/kubernetes

Describe the solution you'd like
Clean up the duplicate code and make imports from the openebs/api repo.
