Epic

Story

"As a member of the Open edX community, I want automated Kanban Boards, so that we can see the work of the Core Contributors in a general way"

Full description

There is a possibility that this implementation will be more complicated than expected. To avoid a blind implementation, it is necessary to carry out a technical design of the proposal.

Completion criteria

  • Investigate the technical requirements necessary to implement the proposal.

Navin:
This is looks great and you already have implementation ready to test . Just one question, can we use already existing Core contributor label instead of creating new ones or having separate labels for task and review is required?

@navinkarkera We could have just one activation tag (I've updated the document with that). So far I've only seen that the core contributor tag exists, but I think it's already used for something else since its description is "PR author is a Core Contributor"

@ChrisChV Ohh, so we want to track core-contributors reviews as well. So we can just add another tag which indicates that a core-contributor is reviewing, like Core Contributor Reviewer ?

@ChrisChV who is responsible for maintaining these labels? I don't think we can ask Michelle to take on further work to determine what is a Core Contributor task.

In addition to the above, @ChrisChV I apologize if I missed this somewhere, but I just want to confirm -- these 4 new boards are not replacing the Contributions board, correct? These new boards are just for different CC "views" for review purposes?
