Fix running demandregio tasks for eGon2035

Since the disaggregator from demandregio is not working correctly anymore, we need some workarounds to run the dataset demandregio.
For the scenario eGon2035, household demands can be taken from the uploaded cached files. But the industry demands need additional data that can not be recreated using the cached data.
For the scenario eGon100RE, the result for CTS and industry is copied from the tables from eGon-runs and pasted into the table. We need to do the same for eGon2035.
The data needs to be added to the next version of the databundle (see #315)
