Parity should detect (paritytech/parity-extension#24) if extension is installed.
If not:
Display prompt to install the extension (preferably inline: https://developer.chrome.com/webstore/inline_installation when we switch to domains)
Else:

  1. Open URLs from Applications tab in the browse instead of the App
  2. While on WebBrowser dapp propose to open directly (or display warning)
