Parity version: 1.7.8 / 1.8.1
Operating system: Windows
And installed: via installer

Fresh install with both version 1.7.8 and 1.8.1. Parity does not open. parity.exe gives me the following error:

Please reset your database will parity.exe db kill and try again.
