The IE Statistical table schema (and related IE Java software) should be refactored to manage the surfacic fields as Number type, rather than Varchar as it is now.

These fields currently are:

  • SRCAREA
  • TRGAREA
  • SRCOVLPCT
  • TRGOVLPCT
