Information related to Nutri-score and Nova should be available offline

Summary:

It is annoying to have to go online to see Nutri-Score or Nova information page. It doesn't work in offline mode and may takes many seconds depending on network quality.

Expected behavior:

This pages could be part of the app. They should be shorter than the website ones.

Is the content on the dialog static? Learn more button would redirect to the same URL that we are redirecting to currently?

I was thinking we could return a JSON file with some HTML into it. That way we can update the file and its translations on the fly
