Craft a fruits and vegetables seasonality taxonomy or system that answers whether the fruit is seasonal or not.
f(fruit, date, location)= seasonal - not seasonal

• Some libraries already exist for that on GitHub. They need to be benchmarked for useful features.
• We need to understand where to store the information. Existing taxonomies (categories and ingredient taxonomies). There can be 12 months, and 180 countries, where do we store the eventually massive amount of information required to do the computation.
• How do we source the information at scale ? Does Wikidata have some info ? Do other dbs have some info on which species are endemic to which countries ?
