• We could try to parse sentences like this: "En esta fábrica se utilizan semillas de sésamo, pipas de girasol y frutos secos"
• There is already some parsing code in place for that, but it may need to be adapted for Spanish.
• And the current parsing code only works when all entries are in the allergens taxonomy. In this case, "pipas de girasol" is not, so it may be more difficult to parse.
