Migros has some stars labels for animal welfare and climate compatibility: https://ch-fr.openfoodfacts.org/images/products/761/340/453/5318/3.jpg

Describe the solution you'd like

We could record those as labels and add them to the labels taxonomy.

e.g. something like:

en:Migros M-Check Animal Welfare 4/5
