The unit of pH is indicated as "g" and not "" ("no_unit").

example: https://world.openfoodfacts.org/api/v0/product/3068320114453.json

Looks like this is caused by the browser submitting nutriment_ph_unit=g. The field is just hidden in the UI, but as the element is still there in the HTML source, this value is submitted. I'll update the title accordingly.
