taxonomy: new CIQUAL associations for ingredients

Added new CIQUAL associations to ingredients, so that we can compute Nutri-Score for recipes made through the new Rate my recipe project. (see https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FZe_d8FRIEMt6afHvx80HMg5zdWURh-hFXCbd3Ohuu0/edit# for details about the project)
