Difficult to link to specific FAQ entries #70

From the FAQ, I can get this link: https://docs.openforcefield.org/en/latest/faq.html#errors-and-performance-issues

but I actually want to link to a specific question. Visually, I'd like to link to orange but can only get close (purple):

I recall this being easy before there were these drop-downs, it'd be nice to have that feature still
