Display in a video player the last classroom record available on the student dashboard

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.

When a classroom have existing records and at least one is converted in VOD, we would like to see it directly on the classroom student dashboard.

Describe the solution you'd like

As a student, when there is at least one record converted in VOD I want to see the last one directly on the student dashboard.
The teacher can decide to display it or not, by default the last record is available.
The video player from the lib-video should be used.
