ETL for links from specs to schema resources

Explore options to link docs register entries and/or conformance class elements to http://schemas.opengis.net/ resources.

Note this may be a ETL with editing around anomalous patterns - or may require generating a list and doing some sort of matching process manually. (Is this a web app we could find or build for similar cases?)

We should be looking to normalise and automate this in the NamingAuthority procedures so maintenance does not require further intervention.
