cn.hippo4j.core.handler.DynamicThreadPoolBannerHandler#printBanner 正常输出

实际行为

cn.hippo4j.core.handler.DynamicThreadPoolBannerHandler#printBanner version 为null,报NPE

原因分析（如果可以）

未进行统一的判空处理
