[kermi] Support for kermi x-center heat pump

I work on implementing support for the kermi heat-pump x-center manager.

Channels are now dynamically resolved after traversing all datapoints. Number and OnOff channels are already implemented. Multiple enhancements and refactorings.

thanks a lot for doing that kermi integration. I highly appreciate and I am looking forward to add it to my openhab instance.
Since I'm just a noob in developing and GitHub, unfortunately, I cannot assist in development. But if you could let me know how to install the binding at this state, I would love to test it.

@KaaNee is almost finished with the PR. It is close to being merged and looks like it is going to be part of openHAB 4.3.0
