When a protected device is added it might happen that the device doesn't get initialized and reports a HANDLER_MISSING. In this case the credentials were entered, the thing type was changed, but before the thing handler was removed the status update handler was scheduled, which then tried to initialize the device.

Fix with #6764: Don't start status update when thing type was changed
