Just a thought by when making the h5 files with these scripts could we embed into the resulting h5 file the name of the library and the release version that the h5 file was made from, e.g FENDL 3.1d

Perhaps then the information could be read later and become an attribute of the object returned by the openmc.data.IncidentNeutron.from_hdf5 function.

Might be useful to be able to trace where each h5 file came from
