Add logging to the project, such as:

Log queries (at least for testing, not sure if we can/should do that in production for privacy/legal reasons, maybe just the vector in production?)
Log results (at least the dataset ids)
inference times
general logging to post-hoc debugging

Also investigate what logging options are supported by the tooling we use (e.g., the vector database).
