Schema in repository has codelist values in 2 places:

• codelist CSV files: https://github.com/openownership/data-standard/blob/master/schema/codelists/addressType.csv
• the Schema itself, in enum fields:

These are difficult to keep in sync.

The compiletojsonschema tool will take the values from the CSV and put them into the enum automatically (for closed codelists) including overwriting anything that is already there, so the values in the schema aren't doing anything anyway and aren't needed.

We propose removing the enum fields from the schema where codelists will replace them.
