Monitor for format registries that aggregates, normalizes and resolves conflicts on the information for in format registries. Format registries include PRONOM #27, P2 #28 and UDFR #29.

The PRONOM adaptor is already available. The whole PRONOM database is fetched on each time and needs to be merged into the watch knowledge base. Optimizations may be done in the future to filter out unchanged format information.

First optimization was introduced in: b267bda. Only new results should be passed for further processing
