Issue Description

please include any console errors and/or screenshots

This "here is a diagram" link goes to https://image.prntscr.com/image/fRaW9wieSJ_Ibi9KRix4Kg.png which returns a 403: Forbidden error.

Steps to reproduce

  • Select KDCA as airport
  • Open AIrport Guide
  • Scroll down to Mount Vernon Area section
  • Click the "here is a diagram" link

After posting this, I also noticed the vZDC PCT SOP link under Additional Resources is broken. The correct one is here.
