Describe the bug

The link checker in the CI is broken because the sass-lang website has an SSL issue.

https://sass-lang.com/blog/libsass-is-deprecated

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://sass-lang.com/blog/libsass-is-deprecated
  2. See error

Expected behavior
The Link checker in the CI should pass:

We have 2 solutions here:

  1. Wait for the SSL issue to pass
  2. exclude release notes from the link checker since these notes are a snapshot of the release history and will likely have more broken links in future since the internet is not permanent.

Personally i prefer option 2, but open to other suggestions.
