[Look & Feel] [Test] Create automation to collect screenshots/videos of important views

True visual regression testing is nice, but comes with a lot of maintenance overhead. In service of #4298, we need tools that help us understand how comprehensive UI or styling changes (such as updated theme values) affect the many views in the app (which are composed of UI elements from >50 internal plugins and core services).

An initial version of this may simply be a cypress test that capture known views we care about and always want to manually verify when making styling changes. The output should be screenshots or a video.
