[FEATURE] Introduce Map UI Settings

Is your feature request related to a problem?

As maps user i should be able to configure defaults that are provided by Maps Application. This could be either as part of Stack Management > Advanced Settings or own settings page inside Maps.

What solution would you like?

Inputs like layer name, default layer, layer size is hardcoded in 2.5. We can open these values as configuration
by adding Map Settings page and allow user to provide those values.

What alternatives have you considered?
