[Enhancement] Integration's sourceURL should point to the release with latest label

Description

In PR #1860, we have change the sourceURL for pointing to the releases in catelog repo. However, since catalog repo doesn't establish the tag for latest release for each integration, we are hardcoding the URL manually for each release. Once the we establish the tag for each released integration, we should change the sourceURL again to point it to the latest released version.
