[BUG] Downloading report in dark theme has header and footer alone in white background #370

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change the theme of the dashboards to Dark
  2. Go to Reports and create a definition
  3. Now download the report in pdf, Observe that the header of the file is still in white background and text is not visible

Expected behavior
The entire document should adhere dark theme

OpenSearch Version
1.2.0

Dashboards Version
1.2.0
