[Table Visualization] add tests, improve local state management and research on unique id #129

There are couple of things left for Table Visualization:

add unit tests
simply local states (issue: [Table Visualization][research][enhancement] local state management (sort and resize) OpenSearch-Dashboards#2550)
[research] store a unique id for column data (issue: [Table Visualization] [research] store a unique id for column data OpenSearch-Dashboards#2549)
error handling (issue: [Table Visualization] Research and add error handling OpenSearch-Dashboards#2651)
add integration tests
add functional tests for both vis builder and table vis
