Implement test.py

The test orchestration workflow invokes test.py to actually execute the tests for a bundle. This workflow is responsible for:

• Implement LocalTestCluster #205,
• [Done] Checking out all component Git repositories.
• 7. Local cluster should support security as a configurable parameter #259
• Implement IntegTestSuite #208 Executing integtest.sh inside each repository and passing the test cluster endpoint.
• Copy manifest and bundle from S3 #260
