Description

Download the artifacts using ci public urls to maven local and install the plugin to use for bwc testing.

Once the #716 is closed, we can pull dependencies from maven central and not s3.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Dependency installer is able to identify dependencies for plugins and install the plugin which can be used to run bwc tests against the min build of opensearch

Future Tasks

Include downloading dependencies from maven central
