When switching between Scenarios, Experiences, and Requirements, the right-hand detail panel does NOT refresh to show the latest

1. Open a scenario. Select it.

2. Now move to Experiences. Note that the right-hand detail panel still shows the same scenario:

Why is this bad? well, an unsuspecting user could inadvertently type in the wrong detail pane, thinking that s/he's updating an Experience when in fact it's the last selected Scenario.

UX proposal is:

1. When the user switches between left navigation tabs, the quick preview window should get closed because its irrelevant and non of the work item is selected.
2. If user try to switch to another tab on the left pane, In case of any unsaved changes on quick preview, user should be asked if he/she wants to save it before go to different tab.

@SMahil when and why did we increase the width of the quick preview panel? The quick preview in the screenshot looks elegant.
