User large map to select user-defined region

• Basic map controls a Zoom +/-, Pan, etc
• point, rectangle, circle, and polygon select tools
  • Implement Circle Select including typing in a radius
  • Implement Polygon Select, including long lat spec of polygon
• Done and Cancel buttons.
  • Done removes the large map displaying the on the same tab, but with the Map View or Graph View data updated to match the new point or area selection and the left pane and with the small spatial selection map is updated accordingly.

Map coloring on the selection map should be turned off while drawing a rectangle (or circle or polygon) leaving only the base map.
