I'm not sure what's the best way to route money to a project.
We could have some adapter that lets the project choose how they accept money.

Couple of possibilities:

EOA address
EOA address discovered through funding.json via Drips oracle
Safe wallet
NFT - pay to the owner
ERC20 - pay proportionally to owners
Hypercert - pay to proportionally owners
Retrofunding registration - pay to designated wallet
