Bug-Engage: Form content disappears on AutoRotate mode

Describe the bug
when one rotates the device screen when working on a form , the form loses its content. and one has to clear data and login again to access the form.

forms impacted are:

• add a client
• SPI Subforms
• IPC forms and subforms
• SBIRT Form

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• login to the app
• click on any of the mentioned forms abov e.g add a client
• when form is open rotate the device screen
• observe the that the form data is lost and to access the data again one has to clear data and login again

Expected behavior
on auto rotate mode, the form data should remain.
